IMS / Syvecs Haldex Controller (Audi RS3/TTRS)

*As Haldex units develop, mid-generational changes have caused installation confusion, especially with reversed instructional images leading to incorrect potentiometer pinning. To avoid mispinnings, match all pins by color, except for the yellow wire on the extension, which connects to the orange wire on the Haldex unit in the latest controllers.

Verify wiring by ensuring each color wire from the Haldex unit matches the potentiometer. For tunable drive modes (Comfort, Auto, Dynamic, Individual), cycle modes for at least 2 seconds after starting the vehicle, even if the dash shows the desired mode. This ensures the proper map selection. To simplify, switch to “Comfort” before shutting off the vehicle, then cycle to “Dynamic” after restarting.*
